- All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

- Please provide us with your full name, address and contact number when placing an order

- Please use the item's name as your subject.

- Please provide us with a copy of your transaction/deposit/bank/transfer slip after payment is made.

- COD is only available on certain days and time, and is only applicable within areas of TTDI.

   Tuesday - 9.30-10pm

   Wednesday - 4pm OR 7pm

    Thursday & Friday  - 12.30pm

    *Please follow our schedule if you'd like to COD,otherwise opt for posting.

- Items will be posted out on a daily basis with the exception of Tuesdays & Weekends.

-Flat rate shipping via Pos Laju :

- RM 7 for West Malaysia. 

- RM 9 for East Malaysia.

- Payment must be made within 24hours after confirmation of order.

- Please ask us for measurements if needed.
